While looking at all the detritus leftover from previous projects, it gave me an idea. Let’s make something cool out of it. So I decided to make is a big pile of treasure, that can’t wait to be stolen!

So I grabbed some bases and glued them together to form a larger one. Next, I used blue tack to pack out the middle and started to poke bits and bobs into it.

Using circular bits as coins, I liberally glued them into place. Then I had another thought. Maybe over the centuries, countless brave warriors have tried to steal this treasure but failed! So I strategically placed skeleton parts all over the model. Of course, I then added some weaponry and a couple of shields as well. Placing the standing stone in the middle made a great focal point for the whole thing!

I finished it off by gluing cut-up pieces of sprue around the base to represent rocks, and then gave it a lick of paint.
That’s another objective marker completed. And the good thing about this one is that it’s big enough to get in the way as a piece of terrain!
