I had these little pieces of dried sprue hanging around. It was only when I looked closely at one that I had inspiration to make a new dude.
This particular piece of plastic had a fantastic face already on it. All I had to do was make the eyes slightly bigger and add a nose.

It’s now officially winter here, so the only thing I could make was a snowman! So I glued the “head” on to another piece of sprue goo and glued it to a base. Next, I carved some arms out of a curved bit of sprue before adding buttons to his belly.
I felt he was a little naked; he needed some headwear! So I found a tiddlywink and glued a round piece of Lego on top of it. This made a lovely top hat! I finished off by arming him with a pointy pitchfork and a long wooden stake.

I kept the paint job nice and simple, keeping the white bits white and the other bits not so white!

(I know his head is massive in comparison to the rest of him, but it just proves that he has a lot upstairs!)
Here’s another nature dude if you’ve missed it!
