Very little effort was needed with this imposing little dude! I grabbed a base and glued a leftover piece of sprue in the centre.
Then, I took some sprue goo and glooped it on the base. After a bit of moulding and almost a week of drying, the main body of this dude was ready.
Looking at its shape, there was a slight indentation, which would be perfect for a mouth. So I added a couple of eyes and gave the thing a pair of arms and a fantastic trident as a weapon.
PAINTING
I went for an orange colour scheme and added a few little highlights to get the effect I wanted.
This was a simple build, but waiting for the mass to fully stiffen took a long time. With that in mind, if I were to make some more of these, I’d now have a better idea of how long it’s going to take!
