SPRUE DUDE no16: Judge Dude

I bought an old copy of Games Workshop’s Judge Dredd board game from 1982. Unfortunately, the minis were missing, which was very sad. But the good news, it gives me the chance to dudify some judges.

I went about this mini by starting with his feet. Making his big boots first, I then added the legs, torso, and then arms.

Cutting up small bits of sprue to bulk up his belt, I made his armour and assembled his gun.

I was unsure how to make his head, so I left it to last. In the end, I glued two pieces of sprue back to back and then added a small round piece to act as his face and neck.

To paint it, I copied the colour scheme from the box lid, and this judge was done!

This mini took quite a while to make due to all of the numerous small parts. But I enjoyed it never the less, and I will get around to making further judges soon!
