I happened upon this big jar in a shop the other day and had to buy it. Within it were over a hundred odd-sized and odd-shaped buttons, just perfect to make some more minis out of!
As I’ve already made a small warband, I decided to make another dude to join them. So I grabbed the largest buttons I could find and started to glue them together. I thought the uppermost button could become a helmet or facemask.
I glued a pair of eyes into the slots and a smaller button on the top of the helmet. Then I added the limbs before giving it a large spear and a very decorative button as a shield.
I painted it in the same livery as the others that I’ve done previously, and this ultimate button warrior was complete!
